Sr Technical Executive

Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor and maintain site records and submit monthly work progress reports, and other reports or information relevant to the maintenance works and services to client.
- All reports and other documents pertaining to the management of client premises shall be made available in soft copies (pdf and MS Word format) to client as and when requested.
- Comply with all notices issued by the relevant Authorities and co-ordinate and arrange for all necessary inspections and testing by the relevant Authorities.
- Create and maintain an inventory list of all buildings’ systems and installations as well as M&E services including the proprietary systems in client premises and ensure that they are in good working condition and compliance with all statutory requirements and Codes of Practices, etc.
- Existing asset file where applicable will be reviewed by interns for accuracy and contact persons in-charge is updated where necessary
- Closely monitor and ensure that all licences and certificates required by law and/or statutory regulations/requirements, e.g. EMA licence, annual certification of fire extinguishers and hosereels, are applied and renewed timely by the respective contractors.
- Work with service partners to update, draw and/or alter all CAD dwgs as per site condition. Record and update the revision details in dwg library. Issue hardcopy for site and equipment panel retention.
- Coordinating 3 or more quotations for comparisons to client with recommendations after evaluation
- Check, inspect and manage the maintenance of fire-fighting equipment, take part in table-top exercise and fire drill with respective landlords as and when required.
- Attend to and evaluate the extent of damages to building, facilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary systems and equipment caused by fire, flood, accidents, vandalism, vibration and the like and submit together with a Damage and Recommendation Report to client for consideration.
- Notify client and act immediately upon being alerted of any accident and/or incident that results in damages and/or loss to properties and/or injuries and/or deaths to persons in the Contract Area.
- Initiate detailed and thoroughly investigations and where necessary, seek the HQ support, professionals, engineers and specialists for diagnosis and analysis. Submit a detailed Incident Report which includes the findings of the investigations diagnosis and analysis as well as recommendations within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the incident occurred.
- Support all nationwide and localized emergency situations under the Contract which include epidemics and pandemics, terrorist acts, biological and chemical attacks, natural disasters and catastrophes, land and air crashes, fire outbreaks, explosions, tremors and building structures collapse, flooding, total power failure, etc so as to ensure the safety of the occupants and business continuity in client premises.
- Assist client in the planning and implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) measures and precautionary measures which includes conducting temperature screenings, contact tracings, crowd control, etc upon any activation of pandemic level alerts and/or any other emergency situations.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in FM or Engineering discipline
- 3 years or more related experience
- Related knowledge in FM under MA role
- Good knowledge on HSE
- FSM will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Able to be hands on when required
