**What you will do**:
As EHS Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in managing, administration, implementation and coordination overall Health and Safety Management System, Fire Prevention Activities and ensure all workers comply with company safety policies and legal requirement to promote a safe and healthy working environment. To execute EHS related legal and other requirements.
**How you will do it**:
Maintenance of corporate Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System documentation, implementation and records - developing and maintaining EHS standards, policies and systems including ISO14001 and ISO45001 Management systems.
To execute and implement all planning and preparation for activities related to Legal and other requirements from the authorities and customers.
Implementation of site EHS management system and coordinate with site stakeholders (JCI, Safety, Subcontractors, Client, etc) to ensure compliance with site safety requirement.
Identify EHS training needs, implement and manage programs regarding EHS training and development. Including Employee Orientation, employee safety training, Engineer safety competence training, Supplier safety training.
Investigate any accident, near miss incident, dangerous occurrence, occupational disease which happened at workplace.
Conduct inspection of workplace - check the effectiveness and efficiency of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations.
Monitor and analyze company's EHS performance indicators and incident statistic
Lead the EHS Committees and assist in organizing and implementing of OSH programs and Zero Harm campaign.
Plan and organize regular EHS audit (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Global CAP Audit, ConSASS, Internal Audit, and Client 2nd Party Audit), and follow up to improve the non-conformities, Stop safety violations that have the potential to cause immediate danger to the life and health (IDLH).
Establish the emergency preparedness and response system and conduct regular drills to improve effectiveness.
Others
To assist EHS Manager in implementing items pertaining to OH&S and environmental activities and be directly accountable for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) performance and compliance throughout Singapore sites.
Work with various stakeholders to support regional activities and ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
To carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person in charge of workplace on any matter pertaining to safety and health.
**What we look for**:
Degree in Environment, Health and Safety Management System or other related discipline.
5 years' experience in safety related working environment
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with at least 3 years of experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in EHS audit (ISO, ConSASS, etc)
Excellent team player willing to work for the common goal
