Support the Director of CHIO in the development and implementation of integration between clinical systems, processes and devices, driving the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics, and facilitating the optimal delivery of patient care.

**Challenges**

Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Assume responsibility and accountability for the Clinical and Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures
- Support Chairman, Medical Board (CMB), Assistant CMBs, Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO), Assistant CCIOs (ACCIOs) and Director CHIO in the development and implementation of integration between clinical systems, processes and devices, driving the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics
- This include working in partnership with Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS), TTSH IT Office (ITO), and any hospital/institution or NHG cluster implementation and/or management teams, internal stakeholders where appropriate, to translate clinicians’ needs accurately from business requirements into functional requirements to avoid rework
- Set up prioritization framework for NGEMR development, incidents and change management. Monitor and report project progress, risks, KPIs, deliverables, budget utilization
- Work with SMEs and process analysts to design health informatics use cases and maximize use of NGEMR. Rationalize alternatives to change requests and reports requests.
- Drive NGEMR and informatics projects beyond TTSH e.g. NCID, RCH, NNI

Additional for Asst Manager:

- Oversee the development of the core clinical and health informatics team to drive the optimisation, betterment and utility of NGEMR and all clinical IT systems to improve the delivery of patient care
- Developing NGEMR integration plan between clinical systems, processes and devices to promote data interoperability and smooth interface of clinical data in alignment with the health informatics strategy roadmap

**Requirements**:

- At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university. Preferably 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare setting, with clinical or healthcare informatics experience
- Epic certification and experience in working on the NGEMR project a MUST
- Healthcare professionals, healthcare operations, management personnel, healthcare policy analysts who takes an interest in informatics to enable, support and improve healthcare.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint a must.
- Project management and health informatics certifications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and people management.
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and process information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience in supervisory and leadership role is a plus
