- Mentor junior staff and support menu innovation

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years in a similar role (bonus if it’s Japanese cuisine)
- Great knife skills and food safety know-how
- A love for Japanese flavours and fast-paced kitchens
- Team player, weekend-ready
