Retail Associate

Homegrown footwear brand Palola is looking for full-time Retail Ambassadors to join our team.

**The role we are looking to fill is for a retail associate position at the Palola retail boutique.**

**Job description for Retail Ambassador role**:
As a Retail Ambassador, you will be representing the brand in line with Palola’s positioning and philosophy. In this role, you will raise awareness of the Palola brand, create customer acquisition through product education in-store.

To connect and engage with relevant communities on the retail level.

**Retail Ambassadors' responsibilities include**:

- Demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Keeping the retail display shelves stocked with merchandise
- Regular stocktaking to ensure that inventory is up-to-date
- Packing online purchases and liaising with courier for deliveries
- Keeping the retail boutique and stock room clean and tidy

Retail Ambassadors must display a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting our brand's commitment to our customers.

**Working hours**:

- Up to 44 hours / week (shift work)
- Each retail shift is from 12pm - 8pm (weekdays) / 11am - 8pm (weekends)
- 2 off days / week (8 off days / month)

**Salary**:

- S$2,200 / month + attractive retail commission
