Be part of a trailblazing pioneer team to set up their private banking operations in Singapore. **Your new role** - Executing Trade Orders: Administer the execution of trades, including ETFs, stocks, bonds, and structured notes. - Trade Settlement Oversight: Supervise the trade settlement process, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and punctually. Interface with counterparties to resolve any trade discrepancies. - Cutoff Time Adherence: Guarantee that all trade settlements are executed by the prescribed deadlines to avoid any delays. - Custodial and Internal Inquiries: Address queries from custodians and handle internal questions related to settlement processes. - Handling Corporate Actions: Manage corporate events such as dividends and stock splits, ensuring all documentation and settlements are handled correctly. Generating Reports: Produce weekly and monthly reports like Depot and Nostro reconciliations to monitor settlement status. **What you'll need to succeed** - Degree or diploma holders. - Minimum 5 years experience in trade operations, settlement.
