Truescope (Singapore) is part of the Dataxet Group which has over 900 clients in Southeast Asia and is considered to be one of the leading players in the media monitoring and data intelligence space.

As a **Client Success Executive **, you are part of our post-sales support team. You will fit right in if you find yourself to be dynamic and enterprising, a lateral thinker and can work well both independently and in a team.

Key roles & responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, understand their priorities and assist them in achieving their objectives
- Build strategic relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high delivery of services and influence future lifetime value
- Educate new clients on Truescope’s media intelligence capabilities and promote and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously seek improvement of client values
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of client stakeholders
- Ability to solve client's problems and work well in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, passionate about working closely with clients and adaptive to dynamic changes.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably in marketing) or other related disciplines
- Ability to multitask, meticulous, task-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a client-servicing or related role preferred
- Experience in a technology or media intelligence company will be an advantage
