Kallang, Singapore Rugged Asia Pte Ltd Full time

**Job Responsibility**:

- Deploy and manage/administrate various brands of cloud-based SaaS products.
- Assist/lead various projects to meet the requirements/timelines.
- Provide presales support and technical demonstration across various cloud-based SaaS products to different customers.
- Support incident/issue management and handle escalation from L1 Helpdesk Support Team.
- Support change implementation (includes system patching and upgrades, configuration changes and enhancement etc), and service request.
- Maintain and update operational documentation if required.
- Working location is near central but expected to work at different locations across Singapore.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferable to have a minimum of 5 years of technology experience with at least 2-3 years hands-on technical roles and knowledge supporting Cloud infrastructure operations and cloud services.
- Experience in Backend IT infrastruture (Servers with Basic IT Networking) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is a fundamental necessity.
- Any other related professional/technical certification/qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory.

- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
