Singapore TRANSNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS PTE LTD Full time

Handles full sets of accounts including journal entries, prepare all accounts schedules to ensure accurate and timely provision are made for monthly expenditure, fixed assets, accruals, month end closing and year-end audit activities

Prepare monthly billing, send to customer, and follow up till the payment has been settled.

Ensures company records are properly kept in accordance with company policies and accounting standards of Singapore

Responsible provide necessary details, schedules, computation to tax consultant and preparation and e-submission of GST returns

Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting

Ensure internal controls are in place

Liaise with bankers and, external auditors tax consultants to get relevant tasks done

Assist preparation and development of budgets / forecasts

**Who are We Looking for?**
- Diploma, or Professional Certification in Finance/Accounting or equivalent is required
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience in Singapore
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Word skills
- Pleasant personality
- Independent and have initiative, maintains a positive working attitude
- Meticulous, accurate & have a sense of urgency
- A good team player
- Previous experience with accounting software is preferred (especially SAGE)
- Good communication skills
- Immediate availability

**What We Can Offer You**

1. High basic from $3,500 - $4,000

2. Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm

3. Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm

4. Working location: Pasir Panjang
