**Location**: Genting Lane, Singapore
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

**Responsibilities**:
**1. IT Governance and Security**:

- Monitor and maintain network security and infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient IT operations.

**2. Network and Infrastructure Management**:

- Design, validate, and implement office network topology including cabling and firewall configurations.
- Manage physical and virtual security, server provisioning, backups, and IT assets.

**3. Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor IT operations, deliverables, risks, and issues. Provide timely incident reports and conduct regular maintenance to ensure IT services meet SLAs.

**4. Communication and Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with Corporate IT and external vendors to seek technical support and solutions for IT infrastructure, network, security appliances, servers, and system software.

**5. Continuous Improvement**:

- Implement hot fixes, patches, firmware upgrades, and OS hardening security measures for both Windows and Linux OS, including major firewall brands.

- Provide Level 2 IT support to end-users onsite or remotely and be available for standby support during outages.

- Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.

**10. Documentation and SOP Adherence**:

- Follow and maintain documentation for IT administration tasks including account creation, termination, and changes.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. Relevant diplomas with strong work experience may be considered.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in cyber security and network administration.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in IT network and system administration. Experience with OS hardening, security log review, and risk mitigation is essential.
- **Certifications**: Preferred certifications include CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent technical abilities, and a strong sense of ownership with an adaptable attitude.
- **Future Opportunities**: Willingness to convert to a permanent role based on performance and potential for growth.
