Vice President, Digital Asset Product Development

MetaVerse Green Exchange (“MVGX”) is the first regulated exchange for the metaverse era, with licenses from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) including Recognized Market Operator (RMO) license, Capital Market Service License for dealings in securities, and collective investment schemes, providing custodial services, as well as exempted licenses under the Payment Service Act.
MVGX is committed to bridging crypto assets with traditional financial industries, bridging carbon trading markets from different jurisdictions, and bridging illiquid assets in real economy with wider investor accessibility.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams as well as directly engage with clients to research and advance innovative digital asset product solutions from concept to development
- Participate in sales pitches, presentation deck preparation and building an active pipeline of deals to grow multi-asset solutions that will include cryptocurrency, digital assets, blockchain and tokenization of real-world asset
- Attend to day-to-day product-related matters such as reporting, legal documentation, risk assessments, operational issues and audit, etc
- Lead end-to-end process for delivering successful responses to client’s RFPs, including coordination with various stakeholders
- Monitor product performance and other developments, identify, analyse and track success metrics.
- Keep abreast of regional regulatory and industry developments and upcoming changes to products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in establishing a new business line or working in a start-up environment
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player, able and keen to work in a fast-paced and demanding, yet collaborative environment
- Excellent at building rapport with different stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically.
