Bioinformatician / Computational Biologist

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the team to develop solutions to detect and characterize pathogens using genomics
- perform extensive datamining and modelling for structure-function prediction of different proteins from pathogens of interest

**Requirements**:

- PhD / Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Bioinformatics
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems, scripting and installing programs and packages
- Knowledge and experience with analysis of NGS data
- Demonstrated experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Working knowledge of commonly-used biological data analysis tools and databases, including that for homology modelling and molecular dynamics
- Experience in protein structure modelling
- Experience in computational pipeline development and database management
- Good communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated individual with keen interest in genomics and willingness to self-learn
- Able to work both independently and as a team
