- Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
- Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
- Processing of orders and maintain good records
- Support the development of new and existing products
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by HOD and Management.

**Must-have**:

- Able to work well in a team setting, that is fun and creative.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Motivated, flexible, kind, and passionate to help us grow the business.

**Good-to-Have**:

- Relevant experience in sales, retail operations & customer service.
- Relevant knowledge in HubSpot will be a plus.
- Passion for home appliances products.
- Fast learner and able to perform well under stress.

**Working Days / Hours**:

- One week is 5-days work (Wednesday - Sunday), and
- Another week is 6-days work (Tuesday - Sunday).
- Working hours: 10am - 7pm
