**Roles & Responsibilities**

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY:
A) To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in an assigned territory by providing quality products and services to the medical professionals.

B) To identify business opportunities and gain new business while maintaining existing ones.

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Implement product sales strategies to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved.

2. Utilize selling skills and develop account strategies to ensure customer needs are met

and territory sales targets achieved through regular customer contact.

3. Work with Sales Manager to prepare and submit tenders and proposals to meet

customer needs utilizing Tenders and Proposals Guidelines.

4. Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within

territory while maintaining existing business.

5. Conduct video showings/slide presentations/in-service/trials/advocate speaker

meetings with customer base.

6. Develop level of product competitor, market and industry knowledge necessary to

represent assigned product responsibility.

7. Develop and communicate: weekly, monthly plans and results; cycle goals, sales

targets and results to Sales and Marketing Management.

8. Communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management.

9. Attend industry meetings, conferences and trade displays.

10. Address product complaints in timely fashion in accordance with company policy.

11. Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with

Industry standards and Code of Conduct.

12. Develop and maintain territory and customer record.

13. Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental

policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing

accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.

14. Attend meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.

AUTHORITY:
1. Initiate and implementation appropriate corrective actions to ensure GMP, Supplier

Certification, Environmental, Regulatory, Financial, Code of Conduct/Ethics

compliance to local and international requirements.

2. Decisions made in accordance with approved procedures.

3. Approval and authorization of official documents within the scope of the position.

4. Act on rectifying quality matters for products or systems within the scope of the

Position after discussing and getting the approval from the Business Manager.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT:
2. Assist to improve or create systems and procedures within the scope of the position.

DECISION MAKING:
1. Decide or act upon issues with potential to impact on the operation of the

Department/area (but with no cross-functional impact).

2. Decide or act upon assigned programs or projects.

E-XCLUSIF MEDICAL SUPPLY PTE. LTD markets and distributes quality and reputable medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals and clinics in Singapore and South-East Asia. Our core products are respiratory products, woundcare products, rehabilitation and homecare products.
