Singapore University of Social Sciences is one of Singapore's six autonomous universities and its mission is to provide lifelong education that equips learners to serve society. The SUSS School of Law is a law school with a unique mission: to provide a pipeline of practitioners to the Family and the Criminal Bar. To this end, the SUSS law programmes are geared towards the practice of law and have a strong applied focus. Unique among the law schools of Singapore is the extremely diverse student body where a class may have a student fresh out of school sitting alongside a business executive of many decades experience. The law school aims to meet the students where they are to guide them to where they need to be in order to practice at the Bar here in Singapore.
- Coordinate student recruitment activities, school activities and student interviews
- Support examination and assessment related matters including liaison with academic stakeholders and the relevant internal administration departments
- Liaise with course writers and developers on course development matters
- Liaise with external partners associated with the programme(s)
- General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
- Organise events for student, marketing, talks, social and promotional events, etc.
- Manage ad-hoc projects

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
- Effective interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
- Ability to communicate well so as to act as liaison with stakeholders as necessary
