IT Transactional Finance Lead **Reporting To**: IT Finance Department Head **Education & Experience**: **Preferred Education Qualifications**: Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience. **Required Work Experience**: 10+ Years **KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**: - Ideation, framing, delivery, and operational running (in alignment with the Service Delivery Management organization). - Leading a team of project managers and IT Business Analysts (ITBAs). - Proactively managing relationships with internal clients within their domain. **Specific Responsibilities Include**: - Developing IT vision/mission, roadmaps, and policies, including security and quality. - Translating the IT master plan into an operational plan for the Domain, covering financial, human, and material aspects. - Liaising with Global Domain Leader and Geography Department Leader for alignment on global/zone strategic plans and roadmaps. - Liaising with Domain Architect and Solution Expert for technical design and delivery of services. - Contributing to the identification of global service catalog opportunities with the global Domain lead and Geography Department Lead, considering market, benchmark, and state of innovation. - Leading the service improvement process, ensuring continuous improvement of end-to-end service. - Leading the domain team to deliver projects and demands using PM4IT methodology and Build to Run processes, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. - Understanding and managing vendor contracts (technical, business, and legal aspects). - Identifying project risks and defining action plans to mitigate them. - Managing internal/external human resources within the scope of responsibility with local HR support. - Contributing to the definition of the Global / Zone BUILD budget held by the Department by identifying the BUILD Budget needs for the domain. - Consolidating the Run budget assigned to the domain, even if the Run budget is owned by SDM. **PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**: - Facilitates Knowledge Management and Expertise Transmission: - Rapidly acquires new knowledge on IT solutions and stays updated on technological opportunities and market trends. - Organizes relevant transmission of technical and/or project management skills and know-how. - Decodes and Influences: - Clarifies and simplifies technical concepts/solutions to facilitate action and decision-making. - Listens actively to partners/clients to decode needs, qualify them properly, and transform them into relevant solutions. - Takes change management and communication initiatives to facilitate solution implementation and user satisfaction. - Acts with Strong Transversal Management Skills: - Possesses the ability to coach, challenge, and develop teams in a cross-functional and/or matrixed organization. - Manages efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors to gain support. - Manages methodology, timing, budget, and resource allocation on projects (independently of the role) within the organization. - Acts as a Proactive Business Partner - Imagines and promotes alternative options/solutions to match client needs. - Understands the "big picture" of the business, the operating model, processes, and roles within the organizations. - Knows Project Management and Methodologies: - Familiar with L'Oréal Project Management Methodologies (e.g., Agile). - Understands approaches to define project steps and tools to set up action plans.
