**Requirements**:

- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in system administration.
- Proficiency in the management of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, and SQL Server.
- Competence in overseeing various aspects, including Active Directory, server hardware, and software technologies (e.g., RAID systems, backups, SAN, etc.).
- Familiarity with the administration of VMware ESX and Hyper-V.
- Preferred certification as an MCSA.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication and correspondence with colleagues at the Mandarin-speaking Head Office.
- Perform daily administration and monitoring tasks for server operating systems, databases, and hardware maintenance.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within an Active Directory domain environment.
- Conduct periodic backups of critical systems and data, and regularly verify the integrity of backup media.
- Periodically review the security configurations and baseline settings of the operating systems on the servers.
- Collaborate with network engineers to assist in conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, ensuring the OS is patched consistently.
- Assist in the installation of new PCs and maintain the security of the branch's desktop environment, which includes system patching, antivirus management, drive encryption, user access control, and DLP-related tasks.
- Support IT planning and coordination with vendors and clients for hardware and software procurement, product services, and support. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Fintech.
