Reporting to CMO of Ant International, we are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Marketing Manager to lead both development and execution of our overall Brand and GTM strategy (esp. in SEA region). You will be part of a pioneering team - Ant International Brand & Marketing, with a mission to develop Ant Group's globalization efforts. This team consists of a group of passionate members with a culture of “I.E.T.” (be Innovative, be Efficient, be Transparent). - You will plan, manage and execute Ant International’s end-to-end brand marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for establishing the brand awareness and consumer mindsets of our global brands (e.g. Alipay+). - You will work as the "Brand Bridge of Excellence", the key liaison between HQ and SEA business teams to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions for local implementation of the strategy - At least 10 years+ of relevant brand & marketing experience - Strong understanding of branding and GTM strategy across different industries - Proven experience with building strong brand identities - Demonstrated track record of leadership, working globally and cross-functionally with internal/ external partners - Passionate, quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Entrepreneurial mentality - not afraid to test out new ideas and roll up your sleeves to get stuff done - Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders - Future travel is expected to facilitate communication with customers and team from different regions
