Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and be able to answer customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in store promotions and events as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum secondary education or high school diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in order processing and cash handling
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
