**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managem
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales goals.Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and complaints as necessary.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve financial goals.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
- Prepare and maintain store budgets, managing expenses to ensure profitability.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist on Recruitment process Onboarding & Offboarding-Provide Individual Training and provide good support and motivation from individually or the whole team
- Conduct weekly or monthly meeting to support the promotion and sales strategies to drive revenue and meet

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and managin
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or related field preferred.
