Our client is a leading global Renewable Energy company headquartered in Singapore. With a goal to provide clean energy that is more affordable, reliable, and accessible to the global population. They are dedicated to adopting sustainable measures and tackling the issue of climate change. To show their dedication, they are searching for an experienced individual to join our team as the Chief of EV Charging Network.

As the Chief of EV Charging Network, you will be responsible for developing and executing their EV charging business across South East Asia This role is critical in advancing their energy transition plans. It encourages the adoption of Electric vehicles by providing accessibility and affordable charging to the mass market. The Chief of EV Charging Network will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to develop and execute initiatives that align with our business objectives.

What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Develop and execute operational strategies, plans, and procedures to enhance performance, aligning with plans for the EV charging business in the region.
- Efficiently manage resources and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and execution of EV charging network upgrading and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to oversee the smooth migration of the EV Charging Company's existing B2C platform to a new platform.
- Drive system improvement initiatives by implementing reporting tools, resolving system glitches, updating functionalities, and enhancing overall system performance.
- Contribute to the formulation, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans, including developing competitive pricing strategies and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Review and develop customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, engaging with customers and resolving escalated issues.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop existing business opportunities, including establishing relationships with potential business partners.
- Participate in the Long-Term Plan exercise, including budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Determine resourcing requirements and implement systems for the EV Charging Company to become self-sustaining.

What will the role require?
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including team management experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing operational processes and IT systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent stakeholder and resource management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the EV charging market in South East Asia, including market and competitor analysis.
- Proficient in handling multiple time and resource-sensitive projects, such as business, valuation, legal, fiscal, and financial aspects.
- Ability to work autonomously, effectively multitask, and perform well under pressure.
