Business Analyst, Retail Channel Technology

We are looking for a passionate and professional Business Analyst to join our Retail Channel Technology team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Deputy Director, Retail Channel Technology, the incumbent will be responsible for eliciting and analysing business changes and translating the requirements into design specifications.

**What You'll Do**
- You will report to appropriate stakeholders on the progress and status of the Project/enhancements.
- You will develop technical and user documentation for both internal and external distribution.
- You will work with the business to gather and define requirements and translate them into design specifications
- You will identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using established requirements management methodology and tools
- You will be transitioning the requirements and use cases to software specialist, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- You will be developing technical and user documentation for both internal and external distribution
- You will work closely with Product Owner, Software Specialist and Business to support new product launches and enhancements
- You will assist development team and QA team to review all user stories and requirement documents, receive feedback and ensure all issues related to the requirements are resolved in a timely manner
- You will assist with troubleshooting and analysis of production issues
- You will assist with the definition and drafting of systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and industry requirements

**Who You Are**
- You will need a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other IT-related disciplines.
- You will need Minimum 3 years work experience in delivering enterprise, CRM and retail solution across platforms.
- You should have experience in agile methodologies and ability to convert requirements into epic and user stories.
- You should have demonstrated strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery
- You should be experience in delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, or other detailed deliverables.
- You should be experience in integration and acceptance testing planning and execution including writing test specifications (plans, cases, script and data) on business requirement.
- You should be familiar with Microsoft stack and CRM development.
- You should be experience in project management is a plus.
- You should be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written mediums with internal and external stakeholders
- You should be able to work independently, as a strong self-started and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- You should be a good team player and willing to learn new things.
