Bartender (Michelin Grade Restaurant/ Commonwealth) - Vh

- Basic Salary: $4,500 - $9,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Monthly Allowances
- Work location: Commonwealth (2 bus stops away from Napier MRT)
- Working hours: Tuesday-Wednesday: 3pm-11pm | Thursday-Saturday: 11am-3pm, 6pm-11pm (Split shift)
- **Sunday & Monday is Off-day | 5 days work a week***

**Key Responsibilities**
- Anticipate and attend to guest’s needs and desires immediately
- Ensure that a high product standard and consistency is maintained all of the time
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team
- Clear glassware, and any other unnecessary items from your outlet
- Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to beverage product
- Prepare beverages in line with guest requests
- Up-sell of beverages
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Strive to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure cleanliness of bar areas
- Comply with local licensing laws
- Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships*

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience as a bartender
- Possess high standard of hospitality and service standard
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene certification*
