**We're building the technology team and are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Product Operations in our Singapore office.**

The Senior Product Manager - Product Operations will work with our global teams to design and develop digital products that drive the expansion of our restaurant brands internationally. In this role, you will be specifically responsible for managing aspects of the consumer digital experience that cross product team boundaries.

You will work to ensure the alignment and effective collaboration of global product, engineering, and customer success teams - both internal and external - to deliver value for our guests and operators.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work with global product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve alignment, communications, and processes
- Work with global product and engineering leads to scope cross-functional initiatives and coordinate features among different roadmaps
- Develop a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives, and act as a trusted advisor to help teams prioritize their goals accordingly
- Analyze data and conduct user research to help product teams make the best decisions
- Coordinate and prioritize roadmaps in a fast-paced, changing environment

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of product management experience working on real-life, consumer facing products and services
- Experience working with globally distributed teams to establish and execute cross-functional roadmaps
- Experience with product operations strategy, best practices, and tools
