Singapore MITSUI BUSSAN COMMODITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Role Scope;**
- To ensure the timely process of trades, invoicing and settlement reports - reconciliation of clearing accounts held by MBCL.
- Production and checking all confirmations for vanilla and structured deals to clients and counterparties.
- Ready to engage on adhoc and new work assignment (BAU) as required by new business activities.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities;**
- Verify and monitor daily deal capture process, as well as manage the validation process for both Energy and Metals Desk, ensuring a timely handover to our Operations teams in London.
- Investigate anomalies, unusual items in relation to trade bookings.
- Perform and monitor the end of day batch process and associated processes.
- Perform reconciliations between bookings and downstream systems.
- Process monthly averaging adjustment for clients which require averaging method and assist London Operations in producing monthly averaging spreadsheets which will be used for settlement adjustment
- Ensure timely adjustment of all JCC trades when the official prices publish by Ministry of Japan at month end.
- Prepare trade confirmations and handle settlements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the transaction reporting processes as required by our global Operations teams.
- Support/cover Operations in London and support NY operations as required with query resolution.
- Be involved in ad-hoc/BAU project work and testing work as required by the business.
- Work on occasional public holiday work, either on-site or from home.
