**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall support for operations, co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Oversee the leadership and management.
- Provide professional course consultation and excellent customer service to prospective customers.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations.
- To oversee and run the operations of the entire centre.
- Able to ensure day to day smooth operation running.
- Provide Simple IT support.
- Strategise, Create, Plan and organise the curriculum and programmes for the centre.
- Manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of staff.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the Centre Operations to deliver a best-in-class service, meeting.
- Work closely with trainers/manager in Training delivery teams. Taking responsibility for the ongoing development all levels of centre colleagues.
**Requirements**:
- Confident and tactful in handling customer’s needs.
- Passionate in providing excellent customer service.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Possess a cheery and pleasant disposition.
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
- Has a good eye for details.
- Excellent team player with a people-oriented personality.
- Must have basic marketing knowledge.
- Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage.
**Working Hours**:
- 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm (Base on Schedule)
- Monday & Tuesday Off.
