Justice Without Borders (JWB) is seeking a **Programme Officer **for our Singapore office. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable women migrant workers while working with a welcoming team in an exciting regional environment. **You will make an impact by **executing JWB’s capacity building activities with our NGO and migrant worker partners in Singapore. Work streams include:
**1. Programme management**
- Leading and executing training projects for our community partners
- Supporting management throughout the project design and implementation cycle, including:

- Training design and development
- Materials development
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Assisting with localization of awareness raising materials from the regional level

**2. Community engagement**
- Supporting the Head of Office in building and maintaining relations with our external stakeholders. These include grassroots organisations, government entities, universities, corporate funders and others in the private sector
- Expanding external relationships and enhancing the organisation’s visibility in various sectors, including the legal sector

**3. Operational and administrative support**
- Managing operational and administration processes, including data management
- Building, training and coordinating teams of student and/or professional volunteers to execute programmatic objectives
- Supporting programme-related funding tasks, including grant reporting and financial reporting

**Terms of engagement**:

- Remuneration: SGD $3,000 - $4,000 per month, depending on experience
- 15 days paid annual leave, in addition to public holidays
- Full-time, reporting to the Singapore Head of Office
- Hybrid arrangement (some in-office days required, other days remote)
- Occasional overseas travel may be required as part of our work
- Professional development and coaching opportunities included

**What we are looking for**:
**1. Qualifications**
- Singapore national or Permanent Resident, based in Singapore. We are unable to sponsor visas.
- 1-3 years of programme management experience in the nonprofit, education, or relevant sector
- Fluent in English, with strong writing, communications, and presentation skills
- University or relevant technical degree in social sciences, communications, events management, or other similar field

**2. Personal attributes**
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work well in an international/intercultural environment
- Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team
- Interest in being part of an innovative, small non-profit team that is unique in the region, working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities independently

**3. Nice-to-Haves**:

- Working proficiency in Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience working in non-profit organisations
- Legal, paralegal or migrant worker sector experience
