**Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to lead dashboard design and development initiatives. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver performant, scalable, and insightful Tableau solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with BIS Lead, data engineers, and testers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance for large datasets through query optimization and efficient design.
- Implement advanced Tableau features including RLS, dynamic parameters, and custom views.
- Integrate dashboards with diverse data sources such as SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, and APIs.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce Tableau development best practices.
- Automate reporting through Tableau Server/Online (scheduling, subscriptions, alerts).
- Troubleshoot issues related to performance, data accuracy, and dashboard functionality.
- Stay current with Tableau updates, including Tableau Prep, Pulse, and AI/ML integrations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning.
- Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop & Server/Online.
- Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Tableau administration and access controls.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with Python or R for analytics.
- Knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, and Elixir Reports.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.
- Understanding of Java/JavaScript and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
