**Job Title**: IT Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial inputs from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain compliance with organizational policies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and review of tender responses, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
- Coordinate vendor presentations, assess risk, and provide regular status updates.
- Identify and escalate project risks to stakeholders, offering risk mitigation strategies.
- Measure and report the business value of projects, aligning them with the **Cyber Security roadmap**.
- Ensure the regular renewal, submission, and tracking of projects, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses for tender and project learning and improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate management reports for senior management and regulatory boards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to verify and validate reporting metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT or a related field with 5-7 years of experience in project management and reporting.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Understanding of the procurement process.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency in addressing high-priority issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Experience**:

- IT Project Management: 6 years (preferred)
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies: 6 years (preferred)
- Managing cybersecurity-related projects: 6 years (preferred)
- Procurement process: 6 years (preferred)
