**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a full time dynamic, hands-on team player to become the founder’s right hand at Jaedals — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a unique, multi-faceted role for a diligent and curious individual who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to be at the heart of a growing fashion footwear brand.

**What You**’ **ll Do**:

- Work closely with the founder to support daily operations across both e-commerce and retail
- Assist with backend management on Shopify, including product uploads, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with our warehouse team
- Support inventory tracking, stock updates, and logistics flow from production to point of sale
- Be involved in day-to-day marketing needs, including content planning, campaigns, influencer coordination, and event logistics
- Participate in photoshoots, content creation, and activations at our hybrid retail-studio space
- Handle in-store POS, provide customer service, and help run the retail operations smoothly
- Collaborate on ideas to improve workflow, processes, and business growth — always thinking ahead and thinking smarter
- Assist in preparing the brand’s expansion into new markets.
- Looking for someone to grow with the brand and become an integral brand partner.

**Who You Are**:

- A self-starter who is proactive, dependable, and always eager to learn
- Loves variety and doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- Passionate about fashion, marketing, and retail
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Shopify and digital tools
- Comfortable with hybrid work involving retail floor time, customer interaction, and digital work.
- Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM (5 working days a week)

**Compensation**:
$1,800 per month for 6 months

$2,000 per month after 6 months + cpf + 7 days leave per year,

**Location**:
Based in our retail + studio space at Mandarin Gallery, Orchard
