**Join us NOW as our Store Design & Planning Assistant for SEA**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

You will manage all financial tasks associated with store design and construction projects in Southeast Asia (Excl Thailand). The projects are included but not limited to boutique, watch specialist, fragrance specialist, head offices, maintenance, and transversal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare report / prensetantion, consolidation.
- Responsible for coordinating and executing all vendor contracts.
- Lead and manage Procurement in SAP : Manages cost control aspects in SAP including vendor creation, vendor extension, capex tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up, change order compliance, cash-out forecasting and final account close out.
- Interface with contractors and vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices.
- Work with SDP Project managers closely on budget management, to follow up payment track and ensure on-time payment to external parties.
- Work with Logistics on incoming/ outgoing shipment of orders
- Internal Application Management: LGSM/ FISM/ SDP Net/SAP/Space Monitoring

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Diploma in accounting or construction management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant financial experience
- Fluent in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
- You are fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills in verbal, and written format
- High level of team spirit, pro-active, and organized.

- Subsequently, you will be meeting with the SDP project managers to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role and also share potential growth opportunities should you be successful in this position
- In the Final round, you will be meeting with the Regional SDP director to evaluate you from global point of view and an opportunity for you to ask questions about the Maison
