**About the Role**:
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) who loves to observe, be active, gentle, hungry, jump higher, move quickly, listen attentively with both ears, and hop away from mediocrity and cynicism. Be fertile with ideas, generating hundreds and throughout the day, across your entire life, effortlessly transitioning from one media to another.
You move swiftly, keeping up with the pace of culture and seize opportunities that others are yet to perceive.
You will report directly to and work beside the Group Creative Director. You will be exposed to creative opportunities on local, regional and at times global briefs.

**You must have**:
- 9+ years of experience in global/regional agencies
- Impressive portfolio with work that;demonstrates how to solve people/client problems
ideas that impact culture and people's life
- Impeccable English writing skills
- Global Awards in portfolio - as a student or professional
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great communicator and collaborator, gentle at heart
- Passion, passion and passion for creativity, emerging tech, and collaboration
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Work in a team with an ACD - Art, beside the GCD
- Provide innovative impact for clients through a disruptive, dynamic, and holistic approach
- Mentor junior creatives and help develop their potential
- Collaborate with your peers to achieve one goal: to do the best work of your career
- Working with an integrated team across agency practices; strategy & planning, media and client management
- Develop creative concepts for briefs in an autonomous way, taking responsibility for your own ideas and the end-to-end delivery of your campaigns.
- Articulate the big ideas behind your creative work in a coherent and persuasive way
- Presenting your ideas in internal and client meetings and managing creative feedback, constructively challenging colleagues and clients alike to make the best work we can
- Honing your craft and getting into the detail of the execution to ensure the best quality output
- Develop creative concepts for new business pitches and be an active contributor to the new business process
- Listening, learning and understanding the bigger picture
- Solid understanding of the production process across all media channels
- Passion for proactive ideas able to elevate our brands’ impact in culture.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent writing skills
