Medical Device Sales Executive

Achievement of revenue targets for territorial sales budget, profit, and market share in line or exceeding company’s objectives through execution of approved Sales and Marketing plans and effective control of assigned territories.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling of appointments, conducting sales presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and sales closure.
- Manage all aspects of individual customer accounts and coordinate input and support from other internal business functions.
- Support use of implants, including attending surgical cases and/or scrubbing for surgeries, as required.
- Independent management of own schedule to coordinate regular internal and customer meetings, and support of sales teammates when required.
- Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
- Establish rapport with potential customers, generate sales leads, and expand sales in existing accounts.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.
- Monitor and report to Sales Team Leader any marketing information, competitor sales and product strategies.
- Build account intimacy and identify opportunities to develop and utilise Key Opinion Leaders.
- Participate in all trade shows, conferences, and other projects as determined by Sales Team Leader.
- Conduct all business activities according to applicable rules and regulations, and observe all company policy and procedures to ensure upholding of ethical standards and compliance obligations.
**Position Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Sales experience in medical devices (surgical / implants) is preferred.
- Registered nursing (RN) licence with SNB is preferred.
- Operating theatre experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in biomedical science/engineering or nursing.
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and take responsibility.
- Able to work independently and proactively manage own schedule under time pressure.
- Strong sense in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
