1. Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans and strategies for the online store, collaborating with Retail Managers, Department Managers, and Division Managers to maximize sales and profitability.Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to secure favourable promotion mechanics and assist in planning vendor programs in key growth areas. Coordinate and arrange business meetings with vendors/suppliers and prepare business correspondence.
- Conduct research to identify fashion and demand trends. Assess and recommend new merchandise and suppliers to the managers.Manage day-to-day operations of the online store by collaborating with the Online & Digital Marketing Department Manager (A&P).
- Provide sales and profit budgets/reports, analyse data, and prepare required forms and reports for the company.
- Assist in proofreading written communications with suppliers.
- Perform essential checks and follow-through for customer purchases, such as processing sales, picking, and packing merchandise, and ensuring delivery to the loading bay.
- Conduct inventory checks and update the online store site accordingly by adding or removing merchandise.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Prepare and execute digital marketing plans, including calendar mapping, content planning, budget preparation, and scheduling. Collaborate closely with the A&P team, Retail Managers, Department Managers, Division Managers, and the Online & Digital Marketing Department (A&P).
- Identify customer profiles to effectively portray desired concepts and themes in an exciting and engaging manner.
- Propose improvement plans for the online store business and digital marketing to Merchandising Managers and the Online & Digital Marketing Department (A&P).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O lvl
- At least 6 mths of digital marketing experience
