**MEP Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct report to the board of director and to attend regular board meeting
- To lead the project team to complete tender
- To identify and to address any potential technical, commercial and contractual risk of any tender/project
- To formulate, lead and oversee the MEP engineering team, clerical and accounting staffs
- To plan, execute and manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations
- Ensure all project is within budget and to achieve the preset financial / commercial targets
- Manage project HR and to conduct performance assessment for all project team
- Manage vendors and contractors for progress of works and to conduct performance assessment upon completion of project
- Coordinate with authorities, clients and consultant for all aspects of the projects
- To explore new business opportunity
- Responsible for the P&L

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree Holder in Electro-mechanical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent;
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Electrical & Mechanical Field with at least 8 years of experience in managerial level;
- IR experience and/or large scale construction project experience is highly preferable;
- Excellent People Management;
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Strong technical knowledge, leadership and supervision skills;
- Strong business mindset and commercial skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and project, AutoCAD is an advantage;
- Primavera Software experience is highly preferable;
- Willing to Travel.
