**MEP Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overall coordination and daily management of assigned project, including progress, quality, cost and client relation;
- To lead, control and supervise the project team to achieve the goal;
- Reporting to Executive Director;
- Responsible for the project PL;
- Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement;
- Attend regular meeting, organize and prioritize work;
- To monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current project；
- To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client’s representative， architects consultant and subcontractors；

**Requirements**:

- Degree Holder in Electro-mechanical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in project management in Electrical & Mechanical Field;
- IR experience is highly preferable;
- Excellent People Management;
- Strong leadership and project management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and project, AutoCAD is an advantage;
- Primavera Software experience is highly preferable;
- Willing to Travel.
