Singapore MSIG Asia Pte Ltd Full time

Reporting to the Vice President of L&D and Administration, this role sits in the Corporate Services department and will be responsible for end-to-end learning and development activities for the company and our business units in Asia. The training courses will cover soft skills, technical skills, digitalisation, and management, in particular leadership development for the region.

Do note that this is a one-year contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and developing strategies for leadership development in the region
- Work with L&D counterparts and leaders in the region to assess L&D needs and develop solutions as needed to support business and people development
- Act as internal consultant in sourcing, organising, monitoring, and evaluating internal and external L&D interventions
- Maintain accurate records of training initiatives, evaluation, and employee training history. Provide relevant statistics and reports to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordinate with external institutions on matters relating to corporate membership, training, and management of grants and subsidies
- Maintain and support corporate governance, including but not limited to standard operating procedures, newsletters, policies, business continuity planning, agreements, audits, risk register review, and office administration
- Project management for office renovation/relocation
- Support the team in any other ad hoc projects and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- Minimum five years of experience in regional L&D, including framework implementation and online webinar management
- Experience in e-learning and digitalisation; experience with process automation will be an advantage
- Experience in managing office renovation/relocation is preferred
- Adept at Office 365
- Proven project management skills; is resourceful, analytical, and organised, able to produce quality deliverables on time, communicate on progress, and escalate issues when necessary
- Able to prepare engaging presentations and engage and influence others
- Has an innovative mindset and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
