**Junior Accounts Executive**
- Ensure the accurate inputting/posting of accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis Prepare accounts schedules and workings for client use and audit purposes
Prepare deliverables (management accounts / financial statements) for senior associate’s review on a timely basis
- Prepare quarterly GST reports on a timely basis
Review the payment vouchers prepared by Admin Assistants for payment administration services
Complete any adhoc duty as assigned, example filling survey form or extract historical information as requested by client.
- Assist the senior associate to attend auditor’s requests and ensure that the appropriate documents are prepared

**Senior Accounts Executive**
- To be the main liaison personnel between the client and Company. This includes:

- Lead the team to ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing) required by our clients. This includes:

- Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements) provided by clients and accounting entries posted by client/associate
- Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate and to submit for senior consultant/BO manager’s review
- Ensure that our clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
- Respond to client’s requests and queries on a timely basis
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
- To be an effective coach/leader to fellow team members
- To assist the BO manager with the monitoring of the Company’s accounts receivables. This includes:

- Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement;

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in a junior accounting role, at least 5 years of relevant for senior role, with commercial experience in financial reporting and analysis (with at least 1.5 years in a team lead role)
- Preferably in a professional firm providing outsourced accounting services or audit firm
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, driven & proactive individuals
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficient in using accounting software or ERP system. Proficiency in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage
