**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Senior Accounts Associate (1 year contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support finance team in handling day-to-day financial matters
- Processing suppliers’ invoices including match of PO and getting approval
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payments
- Check all payments are verified against supporting invoices/documents
- Monitor bank balance and manage payment funding
- Ensure timely and accuracy closing of month-end accounts
- Prepare suppliers and Intercompany Reconciliation
- Handle other ad-hoc duties and reports when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Possess can-do attitude, meticulous with an eye for details, good interpersonal skills, independent and committed team player
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
