My client is an established global company providing vehicle services. As an innovative leader in this industry, their team is always growing and they are looking for an Order Coordinator to join the team Located in the west.

**Your new role**
- Act as the key contact for customers to provide efficient services to meet their needs
- Responsible for receiving orders from customers and coordinating with other stakeholders for invoice and transport of orders
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and provide delivery dates to customers
- Manage any urgent orders and work closely with other departments to resolve the issue
- Work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customers' orders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Diploma or Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience such as order management
- Strong communication skills for customers and stakeholders' interactions
- Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
