The storekeeper will control the workflow of inventory coming through the warehouse. Monitoring goods in and out, safely and efficiently move and handle the items on-hand while keeping a good record of stock level. Managing the distribution and logistics function from a warehousing operational perspective.
- Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export, and shipment of products.
- Pick and pack items based on the picking list generated by the inventory controller
- Operate scanners while picking to ensure that the inventory is managed accurately
- Checking on the quality & quantity of items received via inbound
- Embark goods received to the designated storage areas
- Preparing of orders/shipment for deliveries and collections
- Labelling and packing into carton and pallets for export
- Liaise with internal logistics administrator to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Receiving reverse logistics parts and sorting out into allocated bin locations
- Stuffing & Unstuffing of Containers
- Perform quarterly inventory cycle count
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the premise
- Perform any other general warehouse duties when assigned by the superior
- Assign to other locations logistics warehouse to perform the jobs as required
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures in the warehouse
- Adherence to the **Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group**

Experience & Education
- Possess forklift license. Familiar with operating a reach truck will be an added advantage
- Meticulous individual with strong organization skill and highly initiative
- Physically fit and able to carry and move heavy load of above 10kg
- Basic knowledge of using handheld RFID scanners
- Computer literates. Skills such as (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good problem-solving skills, team player, willing to learn and self-motivated
- High levels of commitment driven by dynamic and fast-moving environment
