Maintain personnel handling system and applicable files/archives with all relevant information
- Support others on Human Capital(HC) team with systems, processes and generating reports as needed
- Act as personnel handling system Administrator (OCS HR), in which scope includes but may not be limited to:

- grant and check access issues (Employee Self Service - OCS HR Web / OCS HR Application)
- support Local HCs / Manning Agents on queries / issues they encounter
- liaise with personnel handling system’s (OCS HR - Mintra) Customer Support on resolving issues raised via service requests / tickets
- Work closely with IT on ensuring accuracy of information in MySite (Opus) and Azure AD
- Liaise with Local HCs and Manning Agents in ensuring accuracy of Teams Org Chart
- Administer personnel (employee and consultants) profile creation and maintenance in IFS 10 Application to ensure readiness for time registration and expense claims submission in IFS Web Portal
- Support in closing IFS profiles of leavers and transferring profiles to new entity as needed
- Support and/or provide lead on queries relevant to time registration / expense claims
- Assist in implementing changes in systems as a result of re-organization within onshore teams.
