Singapore MEAD JOHNSON NUTRITION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Supply Services Manager, the Supply Planner shall:

- Be responsible for the forecasting and demand planning for the relevant Brands and business Units monthly.
- Collaborate with sales team and trade marketing to align on the forecast numbers and Challenge assumptions on the building blocs
- Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management and relevant stakeholders and align on the depletion plans for any SLOBs
- Identify gaps and opportunities for forecasts improvements and understand business process and needs
- Consolidate and upload the monthly forecasts in APO and monitor the factory replenishment plans on weekly basis
- Address demand and supply related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare and update forecast accuracies while analysing the root cause by SKU and communicating the results to the commercial team
- Discuss and align with Sales and Trade marketing team forecasts errors and adjustments to be made in IBP tool to mitigate out of stocks or overstocking situation
- Monitor the inventory levels and adjust incoming shipments to optimize the stock coverage whilst ensuring the right SKU mix is available.
- Incorporate production / dispatch plans from different factories into replenishment plans; timely update and monitor production schedules and inventory to ensure supply meets demand.
- Analyze plan and influence the Factory’s customer service / production planners for finished goods to be produce at the right time, right quantity.
- Identify and report the define excess and slow moving stocks ; evaluate the risk of stocks could be obsolete
- Gather relevant data at company level across all Brands, incorporated with financial data for each sku for commercial assessment
- Prepare and plan stocks to be transferred to local embellishers for bundle packs and develop and working relationship with the suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in supply chain with minimum 2 years in planning (plant planning, materials planning, purchasing or logistic).
- Experienced in demand/supply planning and work order/schedule management in manufacturing / commercial environment.
- Worked with cross-functional teams in complex and changing environment.
- Mastering in using SAP/APO and IBP tool
- Good communication skills for effective interaction within affiliates customer and cross-function departments.
- Able to function without supervision and take initiatives to always voice out improvement opportunities in processes or systems.
