**Purpose Statement**

Leads operations of data services to integrate data engineering, data enablement and AI/ML to ensure high performance support and services.

**Roles & responsibilities**:
Data Operation Management:

- Manage and develop data operation framework and processes across data engineering, analytics enablement, and machine learning, including data intake delivery process, security control, governance model, product lifecycle management, and platform cost control, etc.
- Design, deploy and operate enterprise level data product management frameworks and processes, including data catalog, data lineage, product adoption and performance, etc.
- Design and manage data product lifecycle review and optimization.
- Manage projects for data product development and delivery.
- Drive and support departments and divisions for modern data platform adoption.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives on data operations to improve service level, performance, management and control, and cost-efficiency.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong design, build and daily operational experience on enterprise level data platform and data services ecosystem.
- Good understanding of end-to-end technical platforms/solutions including AWS cloud services, Cloud data warehouse (Snowflake), to data APIs, self-service analytics solutions, etc.
- Experience in enterprise data management solutions with successful high user adoption, including data catalog, lineage, governance & security, product performance, etc.
- Must be keen in continuous learning
- Working experience and knowledge of project management, product management and stakeholder engagement in a regional capacity, with different cultures and across different time zones
- A self-starter that works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives
- Team management experience

- Be able to be forward looking and keep an eye on market trends for ideation or adoption in the mid to long term
