Project Assistant

The Project Assistant / Document Controller is responsible for document administration and SharePoint of engineering design project.
Interface with Project Management Teams.
**Duration: 1 year Contract
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain a centralized filing system for the control of project correspondence and adapted to the organization of a project.
- Control the documents and data control activities / movements.
- Maintain the document register showing document details and revision status.
- Organize the directories of the project’s SharePoint
- Establish a distribution matrix for allocating controlled copies of documents.
- Ensure the accurate logging and documentation of all Correspondence, Drawings, Procedures, Standards, Specifications, etc.
- Prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Train employees in the use of document control tools and process and provide support as needed.
- Work on several projects with different SharePoint.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Secretarial, Office Management or related fields
- Minimum 2 years in project administration / Experience in international environment is an advantage.
- Self-driven, Dynamic. Strong analytical skills, attention to details
- Initiative and ability to plan and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
- Language: Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is essential / knowledge of engineering processes.
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Project Document Control Software
