**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**

This is an opportunity to join our growing trading team to execute optimal trading strategies in compliance to Regulatory and Compliance requirements. We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join the team as a crypto options trader covering the digital assets market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Augment crypto derivative liquidity and risk management capabilities and to ensure optimal execution of trading strategies.
- Execute trading strategies across various aspects of the treasury in parallel and understand stakeholder needs and effectively prioritize projects and tasks to help the desk achieve its profitability and strategic goals.
- Ensure all trading transactions comply with Operational Risk and Compliance requirements.
- Prepare P&L and risk reports as required.
- Improve trading desk infrastructure by leveraging in-house technology to optimize desk workflow.
- Any other job tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirement**

**Essential**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in derivatives trading (any asset class).
- Possess a proven track record of trading acumen with consistent profitability and risk prudence.
- Knowledge of crypto market.
- Willingness to work shift when necessary.

**Preferred**:

- Personal experience in navigating the crypto space.
- Background in programming such as Excel (VBA) and Python.

**Desired**:

- Well-organized and detail-oriented to thrive in fast paced, multi-platform execution environment.
- High motivated team player with strong work ethic and stakeholder skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to identify and articulate trading opportunities.
