**GROUP LEGAL COUNSEL**

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Group-wide business and legal support/counsel on general corporate matters and group-wide projects
- Work closely with internal teams and Management in structuring and implementing strategic projects
- Participate in negotiation of business deals, draft and review contracts, including but not limited to joint venture, consultancy, sale and purchase of properties, tenancies and service agreements
- Manage and provide legal advice on claims and litigation matters of the Group
- Liaise with and manage external law firms where necessary
- Liaise and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as the Companies Act and the rules and regulations of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
- Advise, recommend and draft SGX disclosures and announcements, corporate resolutions and other regulatory correspondences where required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Provide advice on miscellaneous employment and HR issues

Your Profile
- A qualified lawyer with at least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a commercial organisation or legal firm performing a similar legal role
- Be a strong team worker with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and persuasion skills
