Singapore Hope Church (Singapore) Full time

This position reports to Finance Manager and interfaces with the staff team, vendors and church volunteers. It supports the financial operations of the church so that the church can function effectively and rightly in this area. Hence, this role is crucial to ensure proper payments, accounting and governance for the church.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payment of invoices via internet banking transfer or issuing cheques
- Ensure the payment vouchers/claims and invoices/receipts submitted are properly approved and the process is completed
- Resolve any payment discrepancies
- Administrate and manage claims through the claim system
- Maintain expenses accounts ledger by posting expenses transactions into accounting system
- Assist in offering counting
- Assist with annual audit

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- A degree holder or polytechnic graduate, preferably in Accounting/Finance
- Previous working experience in accounts payable related field is preferred
- A good team player
