Job Purpose:
Lead APAC partner operations, establish measurements, methods, and tools to enhance partner productivity, supporting strategic planning and tactical execution by region and partner.
The Partner Operations Manager, APAC, is responsible for supporting the APAC Partner Sales team to increase AVEVA’s indirect sales
revenue and enhance partner effectiveness. Executing regionally on global programs and driving consistency in tools, processes and
measurement to enhance both revenue growth and productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Increase APAC indirect sales revenue and enhance partner effectiveness through alignment with the global business planning process and performance-based measurement system, establishing key KPIs to manage and measure partner success.
- Develop key reports & insights to drive improvements in both the Partner’s and AVEVA’s Partner Sales efficiency and capacity.
- Collaborate with partner sales team & global partner operations team to identify opportunities to improve pipeline, revenue, enhance tools and streamline processes.
- Complete global revenue reporting and quarterly highlights review for Partner Sales Leadership Team
- Territory planning and coverage analysis
- Support partner onboarding & business planning processes
- All monitoring to drive compliance and define global program policies
- Support implementation of PRM system and drive ongoing requirements
- Creation of KPIs dashboards, performance reporting
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipeline analysis, and forecasting to ensure replicable, above-quota results
- Overseeing day-to-day partner program operations for the entire APAC region and supporting local partner teams
- Administer and manage end to end partner performance ensuring accurate & timely deal registration
- Maintain an accurate Forecast of Partner Sales for the APAC as it pertains to partner bookings and provide regional reporting
- Work with the regional partner team to implement channel-based incentives, enablement and marketing campaigns
- Work with the global teams to advocate for and govern global program and initiatives with regional partner teams
- Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and partner insights as well as resolving any partner issues and escalations
Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing regional partner/channel programs or channel operations
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and PRM systems, preferably Impartner
- Deep knowledge of channel/partner sales and account management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS, B2B environments
- Experience in driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to drive growth programs
- Ability to think strategically and synthesize insights and business implications from data in a meaningful way
- A proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance
- Focus on self-learning and improvement to strive to be better and serve others better in the pursuit of business growth and personal development
- Significant experience in Technology/SaaS sales space, with strong preference experience in growth companies
- Bilingual with English and Mandarin
