COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.
DESIGNATION : Operations Executive (Quality Assurance)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee teams of staff who perform daily quality checks (i.e. Food/product Validity, and Condition), exchange and redelivery request.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product/food safety related issues, and track operation’s performance in terms of order accuracy.
- Tabulate and monitor the freezer/chillers temperature charts on a weekly basis for reporting
- Assist in audits from internal departments, regulatory and certification bodies
- Ensure Operations are in compliance of SOPs and food safety regulations
- Will require to perform shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Able to communicate well in English and have a keen eye for details
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as HACCP, ISO or FSSC would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Indenpendent, willing to learn and able to meet assigned timelines
- Prior experience in logistics and warehousing would also be an advantage
